Gen 2 Chevy Volt EGR Valve Repair

-With the parts availability shortage I have developed a way to repair the gen 2 chevy volt EGR valve when the failure results in blowing of the no walk home fuse.

-This repair will fix the check engine light and allow the vehicle to pass emissions.

*****This does not fix the “insufficient flow” engine code: see the useful links page for an easy DIY way to repair that 

-Sorry this is so expensive, it requires some custom created equipment and tools, hours of labor and stealing parts out of a brand new EGR valve from a different car where I do not get a core charge back. 

How it works:

-Once your order is placed I will order replacement parts (I have to order an EGR valve from a different car which shares some parts), then I will prepare the parts for transfer into your EGR valve. This should take about a week (if this service becomes more popular I might keep stock of parts, but they are very expensive and I do not want to be left with a lot of money in spare parts that are never used)

-Once all parts have been prepared I will email you a shipping label for you to ship your EGR valve to me (please select USPS, UPS, or UPS Next Day when ordering).

-PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ADDITIONAL HARDWARE SUCH AS BOLTS OR GASKETS

-Pack in plenty of shipping materials, some areas are prone to bending/breaking

-Repair will be completed within 2 days of arriving to me.

-All valves are now fully tested.

Who am I:

I’m not really sure how somebody can truly trust a new service like this one when dropping so much money but anyways here is some information to hopefully provide a bit more about myself. I imagine this is all verifiable.
